The studio apartment sits at the top of the property which also has a 2 bedroom house. There is a separate entrance and the studio area is fenced.
On the house side of the fence, there is a Great Dane, 3 cats and 2 chickens, as well as occasional released rescued native birds.
House occupants are close enough to provide help and advice, or separate enough to be almost invisible. 
There is no off-street or undercover parking for the studio but the side street is very quiet with little traffic.
